The awards included the Service Excellence Award, Service Advisor Award, and the Accessories Incentive Award of the year.
Ranked number one for Jaguar and third place for Land Rover, the Service Excellence Award was presented to Mahmoudia Motors for the third consecutive year in recognition of its exceptional customer service. As for the Service Advisor Award, Mahmoudia Motors was ranked in second place for Jaguar in recognition of its outstanding customer relationships, which was reflected in clients’ responses on the dealer’s loyalty program website. Mahmoudia Motors also came in first-place, winning the Accessories Incentive Award for achieving its 2017/2018 sales target and meeting its quarterly offers and promotions.
