MAHMOUDIA MOTORS HONORED TWO CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENCE AWARDS

Mahmoudia Motors, the official and exclusive dealer of Jaguar and Land Rover in Jordan, was recognized with two Service Excellence awards for the year 2016/2017 among 17 dealerships in the MENA region.

Ranked in second place for Jaguar and third place for Land Rover, the awards were presented to Mahmoudia Motors based on performance criteria around yielding an optimiszed balance between profitable revenue and generating premium customer experience. This achievement comes in line with one of Mahmoudia Motors’ core principles, as it strives to continuously ensure exceptional customer service.
